The Team: Our Business Development Leader position is ideal for the mission-driven candidate, who is looking to move up in a fast growing company. It's a high-velocity performance based role that requires a purpose driven mindset. Our Business Development Leader position allows you to work from HOME.

The Day-to-Day: 100% commission based with unlimited earning potential. (12% commission per sale) High performance culture. As an independent contractor, you decide how much you want to work. We are looking for self-motivated, determined and focused talent, with professional sales experience.

Additional qualities of successful Outside Sales Contractors include:

  • Sales and working with youth or adults is a plus, but not necessary
  • Must be ambitious and results oriented
  • Ability to network and self-generate a minimum of 2 sales per month
  • All Sales Contractors are 1099 independent contractors.
  • Constantly learning and developing new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
  • Positioning yourself to understand the marketing needs of our prospects
  • A passion to hunt for new business (Cold Call)
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Cold Calling (how else will anyone know who you are?) This position allows you to work at HOME.
  • Experience managing customers and projects in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $4,800.00 - $9,686.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Direct sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales: 3 years (Required)
